I was talking about leaving AOL to a friend and quipped "You can sign up anytime you like but you can never leave." There is almost a desperate sound in the voice when you say cancel my account. So I had to parody the song Hotel California after making that comment. The parody is Hotel AOLornia. I have it on it's own separate page as it is a lone effort.
I have also written a spoof scam letter as well as a "please her" spoof letter. I did so because I seem to get them on a daily basis and I might as well get some use out of them.
The rest of my observational items shall be separated into sub groupings all leading back to this page (and to any other page that they could semi logically be connected.)
You won't get rich with this but they have games that can earn you a few cents here and there as well as contests that can earn you signifcantly more money. (The one currently -August 6-8 2004 - there is a constest where the top scorer wins $100.00)You also collect clinks for looking at ads which translate into money at the end of the month. Unlike other programs of this type it actually feels like you are getting somewhere.(mostly due to the games.) It doesn't take up a lot of room on your computer screen and you can switch it on and off with ease.
