SPECIAL MEETING, March 30, 2014

The special meeting of the Wyoming City Council was held March 30, 2014 at the City Hall. Council members present were Agnitsch, Gravel, Taylor, Hollingshead and Washburn-Koranda. Staff: Tjaden.  Visitors: Shirley Jones-Midland Times.

Mayor Somerville called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Moved by Taylor seconded by Hollingshead to approve the agenda. All aye. Motion carried.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Gravel to approve application and payment to National Council on Compensation Insurance for worker’s compensation policy.  Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried. 

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Washburn-Koranda to delay approving breakdown of liability insurance for buildings cost until Clerk has worker’s compensation insurance breakdown to see what is left in the budget for insurance. Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Gravel to approve EMC insurance policy effective April 1, 2014.  Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried.  Clerk assigned Resolution #1514.

Moved by Gravel seconded by Hollingshead to approve bills.  Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried.
