SPECIAL MEETING, November 26, 2013

The special meeting of the Wyoming City Council was held November 26, 2013 at the City Hall. Council members present were Agnitsch, Watters and Dodge. Absent:  Taylor and Gravel.  Staff: Tjaden.  Visitors- Jim Eichhorn, Adam Gudenkauf, Alissa Gerardy, Rick Gudenkauf and Shirley Jones- Midland Times.  Mayor Somerville called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Dodge to approve the agenda. Roll call vote. 

All aye. Motion carried.

Mayor Somerville opened the Public Hearing on the proposed sale/exchange of land at 6:02 p.m.

City to exchange 5.5 feet of City parking lot for 2 feet of  Tim Arnellís property for museum wall.  Cost is $1 plus split legal expenses and publication.  No papers filed for or against.  No speakers for or against. Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Dodge to close the public hearing.  Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor Somerville closed the Public Hearing at 6:05 p.m.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Watters to approve Resolution to approve disposal of an interest in real estate and exchange of property.   Roll call vote.  All aye.  Clerk assigned Resolution # 1490.

Plumber suggested leaving museum sewer as is and barís sewer will be on museum property.

Moved by Watters seconded by Dodge to leave museum sewer where it is. Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried.

Moved by Watters seconded by Agnitsch to adjourn at 6:08 p.m. Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried.
