SPECIAL MEETING, November 19, 2013

The special meeting of the Wyoming City Council was held November 19, 2013 at the City Hall. Council members present were Agnitsch, Watters, Dodge and Gravel at 6:03. Absent:  Taylor.  Staff: Tjaden.  Visitors- Jim Eichhorn, Adam Gudenkauf,  Alissa Gerardy, Tim Arnell, Brad Wherry, Nick Williams, Gavin Wherry and Shirley Jones- Midland Times.  Mayor Somerville called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Dodge to approve the agenda. Roll call vote. 

All aye. Motion carried.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Watters to correct museum sewer that runs through barís property.  Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Dodge to sell extra four foot needed for sidewalk ramp on West side of bar.  Parking may need to be changed if it ends up a problem.  Sidewalk and door needs to be North of Public Works garage door on City Shop.  Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Watters to approve Resolution setting Public Hearing regarding proposed exchange of property for November 26, 2013 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.   City to exchange 5.5 feet of City parking lot for 2 feet of barís property for museum wall. Roll call vote.  All aye.  Clerk assigned Resolution # 1489.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Watters to approve the bills.  Roll call vote.  All aye.  Motion carried.

Midland FFA received a grant for Midway Park project.  Snow removal on sidewalks ad date was corrected.  Gudenkauf was asked to leave a set of plans for Council.
