The special meeting of the Wyoming City Council was held July 23, 2012 at the City Hall. Council members present were Agnitsch, Watters, Dodge and Gravel. Visitors-Shirley Jones-Midland Times. Staff: Tjaden. Mayor Heiken called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Watters to approve Resolution to appoint John Hollingshead to Council vacancy. Roll call vote. All aye. Motion carried. Clerk assigned Resolution #1394.
Moved by Dodge seconded by Gravel to scrap the old city pick up. Roll call vote. All aye. Motion carried.
Letter from IDNR was reviewed. Engineer will work on response for plan to control ammonia.
Council received Sheriff’s report for June.
Moved by Agnitsch seconded by Watters to not vacate South Walnut Street. City has a manhole and ditch there. Roll call vote. All aye. Motion carried.
Moved by Dodge seconded by Watters to appoint Kelsey Otte to the Wyoming Childcare board. Roll call vote. All aye. Motion carried.
Moved by Dodge seconded by Gravel to approve Resolution for FY 2012 Street Finance Report. Roll call vote. All aye. Motion carried. Clerk assigned Resolution #1395.
