Well, my real name is Kelly Gassman. I live here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA amid all the splendor which is the Midwest. I'm a young vibrant entrepreneur in search of the Holy Grail. I was born a poor black child in Monticello, Iowa.

After becoming a Caucasian youth on my 10th birthday, I acquired my first of many business adventures. Delivering the Cedar Rapids Gazette which was both a challenging, and fruitless task.

After filing bankruptcy with the local district court, I was on my way to richness.

After graduating High School, confusion set in. What to do? I knocked about for a few years as a restaurantier, then enrolled in college. I received a two year degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Kirkwood Community College. I haven't used it since.

With a few "temp" jobs under my belt, I was approached by another "temp" service inquiring if I was interested in Nuclear Power. "Is that a new Wonder Twin power"? "No, it's a local power plant in need of some technically skilled worker bees". The rest is history. In just a few short months I was sticking labels on pieces of equipment that would of added a hint of realism to the Starship Enterprize.

To make a long story short, I'm now operating those gizmos, and making electricity for you, the consumer. I'm an operator at the Duane Arnold Energy Center in Palo, Iowa. The DAEC is owened and operated by IES Industries. Yes, we're harnessing the power of the atom for peaceful purposes.
