Note: Minimum age to participate in WYHA is 6 years old by July 1^st.

• Squirts- 37
• PeeWee – 37
• Bantam- 41

Parent Responsibilities:

• Sign up for at least one committee - this organization is built on volunteers including help as needed during games (goal judge, penalty box, time clock, scorer, etc.) and providing food as requested for tournaments. - see Policies, Rules, and Conductfor additional information.
• Work fundraisers per assigned schedule - see 50/50 Rules, 50/50 Schedule and Ushering schedule for additional information.

• Mite C $415
• Mite B $575
• Squirts $600
• PeeWee $635
• Bantam $635

In Addition:
*All Skaters must be registered with USA Hockey, Annual Fee $22.00. Skaters born in or after 1995 must register, but pay no fee.

**Advertising sales and fundraising proceeds can be used to offset fees. See Fundraising for additional information.

***IF team travel expenses exceed budgeted amount, the team members will be responsible for paying excess.

Fees due November 1, 2001, in check or money order - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.Checks should be payable to: WYHA and can be mailed to Debbi Allee, Treasurer of WYHA.

Requests for special payment arrangements should be directed to a Board Member
