• Guest room rates for early sign-up (by 5/23/03) or as such time blocked rooms are filled.
• Class of '53 rates are $79 for king-size or 2 double beds (subject to occupancy taxes).
• Identify yourself as "TRHS Class of' 53" to get discounted rates (normally $129).
• A limited number of rooms have 2 baths at the $79 rate (first come-first serve basis and must be requested).
• Rates honored 5 days prior and 2 days after (June 8-16, 2003).
• Check-in after 3PM and checkout by 11 :59 AM (unless prior approval).
• Late arrivals must contact hotel with credit card guarantee prior to 6PM on day of arrival.
• Free parking with valet service available from 6AM Saturday to 6AM on Monday.
• Free shuttle services between hotel and airport.
• There will be a Hospitality and Information Suite. Banquet information will be forthcoming.
• Those needing special accommodations such as handicap accessibility, smoking room, etc. must specify this when making your reservation.
