1. Send out a grid message or email (check a players info. for email)
note a couple times you are able to play or normally are in the grid.

 2. Add your opponent to your friends list, you will be able to see them if they are online.

 3. If you receive no reply please send another message. Please give players a day or so to answer.

 4. Please keep all correspondence you have sent to your opponent.

 5. Requesting an extension:
Players unable to play by deadline may request an extension, Extensions must be played
within 24 hours and players should have a set time they will be playing when they request an extension.

 6. Requesting a win by forfeit:
If on the deadline you have not played yet, nor heard from your opponent please send
either and email message or grid message to the director of your tournament. (this can
be found in the email you receive for each round).
Request will only be accepted the day of the deadline. Please do not send in a request
before the deadline. You may be requested to furnish messages you have sent to your
opponent. If both players request a win by forfeit extension and have been found to equally have
tried to play the match will be forfeit. If one player has sent messages and the other
has not the match will be awarded to the player who has sent messages and can furnish
said messages.

 7. ** Special Note** If you have not played your match by the deadline please contact the tournament official who is running the tournament you have entered to receive a extension or apply for a win by forfeit.. Failure to do so by deadline can and will result in a forfeit. Players who play after the deadline without an extension
are in jeopardy of losing by forfeit even though you have played late.
The tournament official who is running your tournament may be found online on the brackets page or on the round email sent out.

 8.Reporting results: please be sure to check the brackets
(http://www.gamesgrid.com/tourresu.html) online for the correct information. you will
need to know Opponent name , Tournament, correct round and correct division.

 9.Reporting results not played, Anyone found to be reporting results for matches that
have not been played can and will be eliminated from the tournament. If you have not
played please review the tips above to find the right procedure instead of reporting
results you have not played.
