In 1956, Chrysler debutted the "Forward Look" styling of Virgil Exner for it's 1957 DeSoto -- a radical design change that reflected the public's growing fascination with the possibilities of space travel. "Gilt-edged, glamorous, and sleek by design."

Of approximately 350 of these autos that still exist -- fewer that still run -- it's not one of the most prized (being a 4-door hardtop)... but I'll tell you what, driving it is an experience unmatched by any other.
