Listening
This months morale is going to talk about listening. We have all heard different stories to make us listen better. Gary talked about our mouth being an animal and how to control that animal. Mark did that listening game with us that one time. When you listen to someone it is more than hearing them it is understanding them. Like with Mark’s game we heard what he said, but not all of us understood him. Also, another important thing is to listen to detail. Again, Mark’s game really showed us that its important to listen to detail. And the last tip I will give to you is keep eye contact. That will help you to focus on the speaker only. If you use poor listening skills it will make you feel foolish when you ask a question that was already asked, or when you’re called on to answer a question when you don’t know what the question is. So be a good listener and you’ll know what’s going on!!!
