The adult vocal choir meets weekly (Wednesday, 7 p.m.) from September through May. The choir rehearses for an hour to prepare anthems for Sunday and special worship services. Usually five or six pieces are work ed on during a single rehearsal. Music styles and composers used range from classical to contemporary, depending on the theme. The choir and guest members annually present a Christmas Cantata. This preparation adds a half hour to the rehearsal time from th e end of October until the Sunday before Christmas. All singers are volunteers and membership is open to all confirmed members of the church. Part-time and seasonal members are also welcome.
