Below are a few pics of a bronze made by Lonnie Koch of Farragut Iowa.

Lonnie was raised in SW Iowa on a farm and around cattle and horses' all the time. He was always
intriqued with the cowboy way of life and the native american culture and their beliefs. When he had the chance
he would go to the brandings and cattle drives in western Nebr. and take pictures of the action. He would
then draw and paint the action on canvas. He always wanted to try to do a sculpture and a friend and well known
western sculpture by the name of Berry Johnson told him he would help him with his first piece and below is the result.
This piece won the Nebr. State show and traveled the co-op galleries in 1994. This piece was cast in Kalispel Mt. with
a limited addition of 25. After this he studied in Taos, New Mexico.
He is asking $1500.00 with the buyer paying shipping and insurance.

WACASA WAKON
Mystery Man or Holy Man

This sculpture was based on the buffalo skull as it is the Native American religious symbol.
