BLOOMFIELD, IOWA (July 10) - After mother-nature spoiled the grandstand events for the first two night the annual Success Bank night at the races was held at the Davis County Fairgrounds on Friday July 9th.

FOUR OUT OF FIVE FEATURES RUN BEFORE RAIN STOPS SEASON OPENER

Bloomfield, Iowa (June 4, 2010) - The season opener at the Mountain-Dew Bloomfield Speedway saw four of the five feature events get the checkers before the rain started falling and forcing the Golden Furrow Fertilizer B-Modified feature to be postponed and will run double features next week.

Bloomfield Speedway Back in Action for 2010

BLOOMFIELD, IA (February 18, 2010) - R&J Promotions (Ron and Jerry Potts) announced today that they will be promoting the Bloomfield Speedway for the 2010 season. All five classes and rules will be the same as they were in 2009. A&B Mods, Stock Cars, Hobby Stocks and 4-cylinders will be back in action at the 3/8 mile track located in Bloomfield, Ia.

The first race of the new year will be an April 23 Early Special with a rain date scheduled for April 30. More on this race and the plan season will be announced later next week.
