My Cooking Tips

These are a few of my favorite recipes.  I hope you find them as wonderful as Duke and Indy.

Meat Loaf - 1 lb ground beef, 1/4 cup oatmeal, one egg. Mix ingredients and cook in hot oven until it looks like charcoal. Spread thin layer of ketchup on meat loaf, cut in half, and feed to Duke & Indy. As with all my warm dishes, I suggest turning off all smoke detectors 15 minutes before cooking and two hours after cooking. Note: can be used as a chew bone substitute if properly prepared.

Chicken Casserole - Various chicken parts, cream of chicken soup. Mix together, cook in hot oven until bubbles appear. Spread immediately over dry dog food. Serves two full-size dogs.

Peanut butter and Jelly with Spagetti - My spouse makes spagetti sauce from scratch using fresh ingredients and careful simmering.  It is wonderful.   Take one bite then make yourself a Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich to supplement your dinner.

Breakfast - Diet or Regular Mountain Dew.
