The 3rd floor has a room that could be used as a 5th bedroom, an office or as a playroom. This room has it's own heating / cooling system making it a totally usable space.

The current homeowner uses it as a playroom with an air-hockey table, PS2 game system and love seat.

The attic also has 2 large storage areas.
