Hi, we are two laid back grad/med students (1M-27, 1F-25) looking for a third roommate to share a three bedroom house. If you know the area the house is technically in University Heights, but for all intents and purposes the house is in the west side of Iowa City. Map The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to the UofI hospital and medical\law campus. I can walk to the front of the UofI hospital in ~7 minutes. The house has a dish washer, oven, stove, microwave, and laundry. The room for rent is the master bedroom. The room has a walk-in closet, hardwood floors, ceiling fan, and big windows. Excluding the bedroom, the house is fully furnished. There is also a great backyard that is perfect for grilling. The rent ($520) includes all utilities, cable TV, cable internet, and local phone! Additionally, I take care of all yard work and house maintenance. We are looking for a non-smoker. Cats and other small quiet pets may be negotiable.
