


- Are you fees where they should be? Are you getting all you're entitled to from Insurance Companies?
- How to determine your TRUE OVERHEAD. How do you control your overhead in the face of ever rising salaries and costs.
- Should you participate in Delta Dental or a PPO - DMO - Cap Program? What will it cost? Will you make a profit or loose your shirt? A financial analysis of the consequences of participation in YOUR practice.
- Is your recall system as effective as it should be? Do patients "fall through the cracks"? How many dollars are lost each year to a poor system? What is the best recall system to use in your practice?
- Do forms get lost and payments delayed? Are you doing all the dentistry that is 'approved'? What can Electronic Claims Processing do for you? How much would it cost?
- Is that the right system for you, or is the "consultant - salesman" just interested in the big commission? An impartial second opinion.
- Are you using your system to its fullest ? Do you know what to look for? Which reports should you be looking at to effectively manage your practice?
- How profitable is your practice? How much do you need to produce each month to 'break even'?
- If you and your Associate or Partner(s) are at odds, the best way to settle your differences is with an experiences negotiator who is knowledgable about dentistry. Lawyers will cost more and they rarely know anything about dentistry. Negotiate before you litagate.
- Are you over or understaffed? Is your staff being properly utilized? Are your salaries fair and equitable? How about benefits?
- Are you ready for an Associate? Do you really need an Associate? What do you have to offer? How much should you pay? How should the associateship be set up?
- On Site Practice Valuations - NOT 'Drive-by' or 'Mail-in' appraisals.
