Consultant: Working on 4.6B SD/AR/BW installation at Ashland Inc. Currently
programming SD user exits and assisting with process re-engineering.

Assisted on 3.1H to 4.6B upgrade at Pioneer Hi-bred International. Worked with MM/PP/SD modules to complete an
automatic ‘Supply Sourcing’ application.
From one screen, users are able to look at Demand (Orders, Customer
Requirement, or Planned Individual Requirement), check available inventories,
and meet the Demand via a Purchase Order, Process Order (if material not
finished), Stock Transport Order, or Sales Order.
May 2000 - June 2000
Consultant: Serving as a technical team lead on SAP implementation at Hershey Foods. Responsible for 11 team members in the design of interfaces, reports, user exits and any required objects associated with the design (Data Dictionary objects, Function Groups, Dialog Programs). Working with ALE, IDOCS, IDOC extensions and Mercator while developing interfaces. Create design specifications, work with developers on design implementations, and make business decisions on differing interface methodologies. Responsible for team member’s work starting with: design decisions; assisting with development; creation of testing scenarios; execution, including all performance implications; program and process documentation; and final process owner approval.
Working with additional team of developers to integrate pieces of Manugistics bolt-on to SAP. This included several BDC and IDOC interfaces.
Teach team members advanced programming techniques
and methods to correct performance problems.
Extend archiving programs for complete control over documents to be
archived and program performance improvement.
Developing IDOC and BDC interfaces and business critical reports
including: an Order
completion/percentage filled report; Stock Transport report with route
projection; and numerous Accounting Reconciliation reports.

Hi-Bred International. Assisted in finalizing global decisions
that drive the project towards implementation. Member of France development
team on the FI, MM, and SD modules which required 2 weeks in France each month.
Worked with developers on enhancing ABAP programming skills and developed an
advanced ABAP programming training presentation for all programmers. Worked to
resolve all questions and/or errors that individuals may have while helping
them proceed towards program and process improvements. Presented information

teams.
