Did you know that one in every 20 preschool-age children has a vision problem that can lead to permanent eye damage if left uncorrected?  Prevent Blindness Iowa's Home Eye Test can be used to find those children before they have permanent problems.  The tests can be distributed to parents during kindergarten orientation, school registration, etc.

Thanks to a grant from the American Legion of Iowa Foundation, our Home Eye Test Kits are provided free of charge, however there will be a $5.00 mailing charge for each order of 100.  Print off an order form and return it to Prevent Blindness Iowa today!
