Sulfur Caldron Sulfur Caldron is a roadside attraction that is located between Canyon and Fishing Bridge. The main attraction here is a boiling pot of yellow mud,...hard to see here because of all of the stream.
Sizzling Basin is just south of Sulphur Caldron. It is one small feature in a diverse thermal area known as Mud Volcano. I was impressed with the bones and tracks around the basin. It seems to be a good dinning spot for some of the local wildlife. Sizzling Basin
The Yellowstone River The Yellowstone River flows south from Yellowstone Lake, through Tower Falls and northward out of the park in Montana. This scene was interesting to me because of the white spots out in the water. They are thermal vents.
Old Faithful at full blast.

Old Faithful at full blast. This famous geyser doesn't erupt every hour as many people believe. Its cycle has changed over the years, but it is still very regular.
