Here are a few of my past projects.
Although they may not represent my best work, these are some of my fondest projects. They represent a lot of hours of hard work developing my skills.
This is what started it all for me back in 1980
when I was a junior in high school.
This was the final product about a year
later. I would be interested in knowing where this truck ended
up. If you have seen it, let me know.
The remains of my second adventure, a 1967 Camaro.
It was hit when a drunk driver ran a red light.
This was one of my early favorites. It came from
humble beginnings and developed into a sweet ride.
Custom upholstered swivel buckets, factory tack, built 383...
56 Panel. Brought back from the dead.
Hey, a guy has got to have a little fun! 3.5 hp, 4
speed Radio Flyer.
I restored this to mostly stock. It came out very
nice considering how quickly it went together.
This is my
"trailer puller". It is a 71 Chevy shortbox. It has a
327 engine with a 350THM transmission and 3.73 rear gears. I
added air bags to the rear coil springs for stability while
towing.
There are several more projects of mine out there (including the 55 Napco on the home page). In the past I tried to do 1 or 2 each year, but it seems as my projects become more complex, and with the kids getting older, I have strayed off that pace over the past couple years. As long as I have something not yet finished in the shed, I will remain motivated (and happy).
