Welcome to the Pat Frette Designs Web site! Please make sure you take a look at the other pages at my site. Pat Frette Designs is my personal home-based business. I design machine knitting children's patterns for the home machine knitters. By clicking on any of the buttons above, you can see some of my published patterns. Most of my designs are for children's clothing and are knitted with standard gauge knitting machines and ordinary sports weight machine yarn. Many are for infants and preschoolers, but some books are for the 2 to 12 year ages. Please visit the Books site for descriptions and photos. I also have a new technique book Decorative Commercial Neckbands available for order. Naturally, neckbands are used on all sweaters and tops, adults or children. A brief description and some photos are available on the Technique Resources site. I also carry the Loop Stitch Embossing books and the Neckline Encyclopedia books and you can view a description of them. Many patterns which are combined in my books are also available individually for $4.00 + $1.00 shipping. So, you need not buy the entire book to get that special pattern you've been looking for!
