'POI Verifier' is a program that verifies POI csv files
for Garmin GPS Units with 'selectable options' to:
1. Modify csv linebreaks to correctly display on nuvi 350 and nuvi 360.
2. To divide csv POI files into selected state files.
3. Convert nuvi 350/360 compatible linebreaks (<br>) to standard linebreaks.
4. Swap the longitude and latitude coordinates.
