Enhanced Picture of Object in Well House photo.

After taking the well house photo and placing it on the site my brother happened 
to notice this horizontal line flaw in the picture.

After doing some image enhancement he noticed it had predominant features and it looked
like more than just a flaw.  He then enhanced it further and ran it through a filtering process.
