1. Place hand in bag with fold top facing up.

2. Slide bag through hoop until fold top portion completely covers tapered blade.

3. Remove hand, grasp flap & stretch it over & behind hook while holding fold top portion to blade.

4. Place scoop behind debris. Scoop forward rapidly while applying light downward pressure.
