All meetings are held on the Coe College campus in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Generally, meetings are held in the AV Room (in the basement of the college library), however the membership newsletter finalizes the location for each month. Doors open at 6:30 P.M. and the presentation starts at 7 P.M.
Another area railfan club is the Cedar Valley Railfan Association which meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM. The site is at the Waterloo Rec Center on Commercial Street.
