As near as I can determine this was the only vinyl bootleg of the Jim Carroll Band.  The album cover states this show was recorded at "My Father's Place." New York City, December 27, 1981, but in reality the show was recorded at "The Bottom Line," December 20, 1980.  The song list is:

This CD shows there is still an interest in the Jim Carroll Band's music.  This "commercially" made CD is the Paradise Theater show of 12/1/80 that is listed in the Audio Tapes area as "Live".  It looks like a regular silver CD, but in reality it is a CD-R.  None the less it is a nicely done bootleg.

This tape was recorded at The Euphoria, Portland, Oregon, on January, 1981.  This tape also included a 1/2 hour interview (which is not on the CD) with Jim Carroll.  The tape was EQ'd and is listenable, but not great.  The song list is:

As the title says, the first half was taken from a video (yes VIDEO) of the 11/25/88 show at "The Fillmore" (six cuts).  The quality is OK, but probably could be better with some EQing.  The second half is from Brownies.  It is good quality.  The songs are:
