I understand and agree that the promoter of the Dubuque Flea Markets/Antique Shows & Art and Craft Shows reserves the right to cancel this rental agreement for whatever reason they deem necessary. I also hearby release JFK Promotions and any persons connected with the show from any and all liabilities from injury, loss or damage of merchandise arising from the show(s) held at the Dubuque Co. Fairgrounds. I will be solely responsible for my product liabilities. I have read all the rules of the show and agree to abide by them.
