Marketplace Joseph's: Are those called out entrepreneurs who have gone through more heart-ache and humbling for extended periods of time , and suffered what appeared to be great loss in the beginning after hearing clearly that the Lord had called them to be in the business & governmental realms of society. They appear to in a day, go from the prison of lack that seams to keep them back from fulfilling God’s plan; to vast greatness and wealth in very short period of time once God has opened the door and worked on their character. One good example of a modern Joseph is Robert G. LeTourneau, he was a Christian Business Leader who literally changed the world and advanced the gospel wherever he went. 

Marketplace Gideon's: Are very similar to how the leading Joseph’s act but they may even be rarer in how they beat all odds and overcome still, these would be people who start out with less than a fair shake, and then they beat all the odds in the business world and still win, because the Lord is on their side and even if they are outgunned and outnumbered 30,000 to 1 , they still will persevere and be testimony to the Lord, in biblical times, Gideon,  Job are good examples of marketplace Gideons, and I am going to have to do some research for a modern Gideon. But I am sure they are out there but may me still being raised up. I feel I am personally a Marketplace Gideon

CEO currently has 3 main areas of emphasis .

I.)  To be a resource of encouragement to the cutting edge emerging marketplace leaders of this day. We want to be vision builders not critics, and through the coming articles and teachings act as a clearinghouse of cutting edge marketplace resources.

II.)  We want to relationally fellowship with entrepreneurs and lift their prayer request up to the Lord, we feel that most if not all cutting edge business leaders lack proper prayer covering in their endeavors. And from past experiences I believe that actually starting a new business and making it prosperous without compromising your faith or getting burned out, is hard especially without the proper tools and support network to get it done.

III.) To have relational covenant interaction with entrepreneurs at local chapter meeting on at least a bi-monthly basis we are in the process of establishing a are first proto-type chapter in the late spring of 2007. We paln to establish these chapters throughout the USA and Internationally as the Lord wills and equips us for this. And to offer as we grow an on-line community of people who will interact on-line in an e-community, where forming a chapter would be hard to do because of geographic reasons.

One thing will separate us from some other marketplace ministries, is our exclusive focus on current business leaders and those who want take the plunge and be an Entrepreneurial Overcomers in the business world. While still holding unto their Christian beliefs and not only being a witness in the marketplace but actually transforming the marketplace by changing the spiritual atmosphere of the business organizations the are responsible for. These entrepreneurs will be Modern Day Marketplace Joseph's & Gideon's that will provide at times miraculous provision to the meet the needs of the coming harvest.

We are not saying that other areas of marketplace ministries are not as important, but we feel that most small business owner and up and coming entrepreneurs do not have the proper support structure in place. So we feel that these ministry areas are where we need to focus on at ceo-seer.com . However those who are thinking about starting a business adventure will be more than welcome at our open meetings at our various chapters.
