The material used for the sign is selected depending on the application of the sign. There are many different materials available today. Some materials are UV protected for use in sun lit areas. Not only are there many materials there are any number of colors, shapes and sizes. One is sure to be just right for your job.

ADA

One special need today is ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant signage. ADA requires that certain buildings open to the public have signs that meet requirements of size, color contrast, raised letters and Braille. Iowa Engraving & Trophy Co. can help you reach ADA compliance retrofitting an existing building or new construction project color scheme.

Raised Letter Signs

In addition to the raised letter ADA signs other signs can be designed with raised letters for effect and/or long life. Typically these signs are cast in metal but are available in other materials.

Business Signs

These include wall, hallway, door, cubical and desk signs. They can be flat plates or mounted in various frames or holder configurations for interchangeability. There is a color and texture to fit your decor. Also available is a line of name badges to match your business color scheme.

Commercial Signs

Iowa Engraving & Trophy Co. can provide you with legend plates, panel plates and OSHA compliant signage. Industrial signs can be designed for equipment, machinery or electrical control ID. We can also provide fire and other valve tags as well as pipe marking labels.
