Hoover High School Band Handbook

Welcome to the Des Moines Hoover High School Band! This handbook will help to make your band experience more organized. It is your band calendar, rule book, textbook, study sheet, and scrapbook to name a few of its functions. It is to be stored in the band room (but like your music can and should go home regularly) and will be handed in at the end of the year. I may periodically add to it and you will add the following through your band career:

• Concert programs
• Solo/Ensemble ballots
• Programs from extra performances
• Large Group ballots
• Test study sheets
• Other stuff
