  Many small game animals, upland birds and water foul
   can be freeze-dried whole while others require artificial
   bodies. In either case the head is left in tact. This assures
   perfectly shaped heads, most important with pheasant
   and ducks. Small animals such as squirrel are dried whole
   retaining perfect muscle tone and a natural appearance.
