We invite you to join us for worship.  We are currently using the Narrative Lectionary and we invite you to join us as we take a deeper look at the Bible stories.  

Mission Statement

The mission of the Congregation of Good Hope Lutheran Church is to inspire faith in our risen Lord and Savior, in whom we have the blessed assurance of redemption and the hope of eternal life. In His missionary love, God gathers His people, The Church.  Because of our love for God, we as faithful servants are willing to carry out God’s will by offering love, care, fellowship and forgiveness to all who do truly repent by: Providing opportunities for worship, training and education to all Reaching out into our community with a special commitment to God’s word Good Hope has a mission to perform in this world and is alive only when we fulfill God’s calling.
Worship Summer Worship begins at 9:00 a.m. effective June 7th We will return to 10:30 a.m. worship on Rally Day, September 20th.   
Bible Study Good Hope has a monthly shared adult Bible Study. The Good Hope Women of the ELCA hold a monthly Bible Study. Weekly Bible Readings follow the Narrative Lectionary.

Sunday School Rally Day on Sunday, September 20, 2015, will kick off the 2015-2016 Sunday School year.  Our theme is “Jesus’ Light Shines through Us!” (Matthew 5:16).  Sunday School activities will begin a 9:15 am. at the Good Hope Lutheran Fellowship Hall. Everyone is invited to attend the joint worship service at Good Hope at 10:30 a.m.  Children are invited to bring their backpacks for a special backpack blessing during the worship service. We will be serving a meal to everyone in the Fellowship Hall immediately following worship.  Mark your calendars and plan to attend the time of fellowship with youth, adults and with your neighboring congregation. All children aged three and older are invited and encouraged to join us for Sunday School. Students aged 3 years - 6th grade participate in our Spark Rotation Sunday School program where they explore Bible stories through Cooking, Video, Bible Skills and Games and Art Workshops. 7th & 8th grade students use the re:Form curriculum.
