Launch IE Browser in separate processes
Setting this value to YES will cause Internet Explorer to launch a new process every time you open a new window (every time you start IE). Doing so will prevent all Internet Explorer windows from crashing if one website has a bug and freezes/crashes IE.
Setting it to NO will cause IE to use only one process. If you visit a website that locks up or crashes IE, then all IE windows you have open will crash as well. However, setting it to NO will save on memory usage.
