Prayer to CHRIST the KING


Lord Jesus, I acknowledge you
as King of the Universe.
You are the world's salvation.
You are the light of all peoples.
You are Lord and Master.
Now, in your presence,
I renew the vows of my baptism,
renouncing Satan and all his works.

I promise to live a good
Christian life,
to live by your words,
to carry out your Father's will.
I offer to you my thoughts,
my wishes, my work, and my life.
Grant only that your grace may
be effective in my heart,
that your Spirit may fill me
with your love,
and that my life may bear
witness to your Kingdom.
