MY HOPEFULLY HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS FOR SURVIVING THE DAILY STRUGGLES OF LIVING WITH CHRONIC ILLNESSES
First of all, if you've come to my page, I'm assuming that either you or someone you care about is experiencing a chronic illness. I'm sorry that you are going through this. I'm hoping that in some small way, this page will help you or your loved one. I've put together a collection of some of the small, but helpful, things that have helped me get through my two and a half years of illness.
Some of these ideas on the surface appear to be so simple, but I found that when I was having some of my worst days of pain and weakness, it was all I could do to remember ANYthing that might help me.
I am still ill, but the things that I list on my page have become a part of my life and they DO help. I hope they help you too.
You'll see at the bottom of each page an opportunity to contribute tips of your own that you have found helpful. I hope you'll take advantage of that so that others can benefit from what you have learned. Also, there is a spot to e-mail me -- I'd be happy to help anyone with online medical research, or just try to answer whatever questions I can. I am not a doctor, and I have no formal medical training, so any questions I can answer will be from my own experience or research. As always, make sure you check anything new with your doctor. Enjoy exploring my page, and please let me know if you like it! Take good care of yourselves!

Please! If you have found things that help you in any of these areas, let me know! You can click here to fill in a form with your helpful hint and if you'll include your name, I'll list your name as the contributor. Make sure you list your name as you'd like to see it appear.
Please feel free to send me an e-mail to ask any questions. I'd be happy to try to answer your questions from my personal experience, or if possible, I will try to seek out an answer for you. I'm dedicated to helping you get through your chronic illness - no matter how big or small your question is, it's worth asking - if I can't answer you, I'll let you know!
