This issue introduced the "Weird Aliens" (reoccurring villains from Captain Saucer ) and an early version of Flexia's cousin Pex (Flexia's cousin from the wrong side of the Leian tracks) into the InterStellar OverDrive universe. It even had a dream sequence based on the old Captain Saucer #4. This issue was fully broke-down and nearly half drawn when the distributors nixxed ISOD.
