Wayne and Elvis track down renegade professor, Raymond Bann, Ph.D. (a.k.a.: Dr. Shades) and his girlfriend, Roselyn Tint after they steal a local university's saucer and science equipment and then high-tail it to exotic, agrarian (and Hampion political satellite) Cseworld. This romp climaxes with an eccentric chase scene on "tractsters". This could have been the issue that put InterStellar OverDrive on the map. This issue was finished, but never printed (except for a few ash cans) because of zero distributor orders.
