This is the only true small press, black and white covered version of InterStellar OverDrive, and it's an dialogueless "imaginary story", not being part of either the Captain Saucer or ISOD continuities. Flexia and Merz ("the flying shark thing") save three diminutive aliens and their large saucer from a starfish-like BEM the size of a warehouse. The story was sort of a paean to early Heavy Metal magazine and to the "Taarna" sequence from Heavy Metal; the Movie. This book is the only ISOD to carry the UFO (United Fanzine Organization) seal.
