Report of Injury Policy

If a member is injured while working on the job, the accident must be reported to the Chief of EMS immediately, and if necessary_, the member may be seen and treated in the Emergency Department No matter how minor the injury, it must be reported. The Chief will assist the member in completing the “Variance Report ”form. The completed form must then be sent to the City Administrator immediately.
