Amendments of SOP’s

1. Amendments of the Standard Operating Procedures shall take the following form:

A. Amendments and proposed changes to the Standard Operating Procedures shall be presented to the Department Officers for evaluation.

B. The Department Officers shall research the feasibility of the proposed addition or change.

C. The Department Officers shall present the proposed amendment or change at the next regularly scheduled meeting.

D. The membership shall discuss the proposed change or addition at the stated meeting for which it has been scheduled for the discussion.

E. The membership shall discuss the recommendation of the Department Officers and vote on the proposal at the next meeting following the discussion.
