PRICES: All prices shown (U.S. currency) are FOB Hass Motorsports facility in Woodward, Iowa and are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. Hass Motorsports is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions, part numbers, or prices.
TERMS: PayPal, Certified Check, Money Order or C.O.D by U.S. Postal Service (additional charge for C.O.D.) Personal checks cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to Hass Motorsports as well as the original freight.
ORDER FULFILLMENT: Please allow 24-48 hours to process all orders from time of receipt.
BACK ORDERS: We try to avoid back-order situations, but if it occurs, we will take your order and then call you before shipping.
SHIPMENT METHOD: All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. The standard shipping method is Priority Ground Service (3-day average). All shipping prices shown (U.S. currency) are for the Continental United States. There will be additional charges for shipments outside the Continental United States.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. Hass Motorsports cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
RETURNS & CLAIMS: Any request for the return of goods purchased from Hass Motorsports must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment, call Hass Motorsports for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be issued over the phone. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the motorcycle then you have bought it and it cannot be returned. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from Hass Motorsports i.e., if you bought it at a dealership, you must return it to that dealership. If the merchandise is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made by Hass Motorsports, then Hass Motorsports will reimburse to the buyer for the actual U.S. Postal Service Priority Ground Service shipping expense only. Hass Motorsports cannot issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restock charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time.
FREIGHT CLAIMS: All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
WARRANTY: All of the items sold by Hass Motorsports are intended for off road use only and are not street legal, DOT approved or EPA approved. Any of the items sold by Hass Motorsports could possibly void the motorcycle manufacturer's warranty. Hass Motorsports warrants its products to be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, but makes no other warranty claims.
LIABILITY: The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased or otherwise obtained from Hass Motorsports by the customer hereby shall release Hass Motorsports and its successors or agents from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the motorcycle illegal for use on public roads.
