We bought this car in May 1991. It had originally served as a rental car in Florida for 6 months before being turned back to Ford and ending up in our hands. The main reason we chose it was the color - Ultra Blue Metallic Clearcoat w/ Titanium Accent and Titanium Cloth interior. When we saw it sitting in the back lot at the Ford dealer, we knew we had to have it! At first, it served as the family transportation (all year ‘round - including snow and ice!) until December 1993. Now serves as the family “fun” car - car shows, SCCA autocrossing, drag racing, open tracks and cruising.
