DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Community Facility and Rural Utility Grants and Loans: Loans and grants available for community facility projects in communities of less than 50,000 population. Typical facilities include hospitals, medical clinics, child care centers, senior citizen center, water and sewer improvements, fire and rescue facilities and equipment, assisted living housing units, and any other essential public use facilities.
