DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: 515 Rural Rental Housing Program: Offers affordable rental property to very-low, low and moderate income households. Many apartments financed and specifically built for elderly or disabled households. Also, family units available. Rent varies based on ability to pay as determined by annual adjusted income. Rent assistance is available. Income is verified each year. Note: Elderly household is defined as any member 62 years of age or older. Family household defined as any age member able to enter into a legal contract.
