AREA SERVED: Nine counties of North Central Iowa and South Minnesota plus needed referrals.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Assessment and intakes at our office.

TRANSPORTATION: Not provided.

ACCESSIBILITY: ADA compliant.

LANGUAGES: English and one Spanish speaking counselor.
