DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: 24 hour crisis line, individual and marital therapy, medication therapy, psychosocial rehabilitation and daytreatment for persons with a severe and persistent mental illness. Psychiatric evaluations.

FEES: Based on a sliding scale fee, third party insurance, T19, and Medicare.

ELIGIBILITY: Based on need.
