DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: On the Job Training-Designed to train individuals in actual work situations for permanent employement.

Institutional Skill Training - Designed to assist individuals in classroom settings to learn a marketable vocational skill.

Pre-Employment Training - Designed to help individuals identify occupational goals and acquire skills necessary to obtain and keep jobs.

Work Experience - Designed to provide temporaty part-time work sites to help develop basic work skills and good work habits.

Summer Youth Program - Designed to provide work experience and career exploration opportunities for eligible youth ages 14-21 during the summer.

Learn A Living: - A cooperative learning effort between Iowa Central Community College and Eight area V businesses (Frigidaire, Tasler, Arrow Acme, Fort Dodge An. Health, Hydraulics Technologies, CM Positech, Pengo Corp, Bobalee Hydraulics). 1-800-362-2793, ext 2735.

Reaching Success Together:  - Helping people get full time jobs, must be FIP receipient, support services, work readiness/skills training, job shadowing, on-the-job training, mentoring/job coaching, bonding/licensing, uniforms, tools, safety equip., continuing education, no cost to RST participants. 1-800-362-2793 ext 2735
