DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: 12 bed inpatient psychiatric program, two support groups: transition and co-dependency, Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Out Patient program, Chemical Dependency Out Patient, individual and groups, outpatient therapy, medication management, Psychiatrist, LISW, MSW, & Psychologist.

FEES:

ELIGIBILITY: Must meet admission criteria for inpatient mental health as well as partial hospitalization.

AREA SERVED: Hardin County and surrounding counties and area.

TRANSPORTATION: Provided for partial hospitalization patients within a 60 mile radius with no other means of transportation.
